Terms

These terms apply to the use of Findmee, a service of Revelated B.V., Wim hoogendoornstraat 10, 3404 GJ, 88257282. The Dutch version of these terms is the binding one.

The service

Findmee creates examples based on your website and, with a subscription, blogs and LinkedIn texts every week. We put blogs on your WordPress site as drafts; nothing goes live without your approval, unless you switch on automatic publishing. You post LinkedIn texts yourself.

Your responsibility

You approve the content before it appears and are responsible for what is on your website and LinkedIn. Check facts, names and figures that matter to your business. You only connect websites and accounts you are authorised to use, and only upload photos you are allowed to use.

Content and rights

The content we create for you is yours as soon as you use it. We do not use your content for other clients.

Subscription and payment

The subscription costs the amount shown when you start, excluding VAT (21% VAT is added), and is charged monthly in advance through Mollie. Extra languages and extra LinkedIn people are added to the monthly amount from the next payment. You can cancel monthly in your account; the subscription then runs until the end of the paid month. We announce price changes at least one month in advance.

Availability and liability

We do our best to keep Findmee running at all times, but cannot guarantee it will never be down. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the damage, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
