Privacy statement
Findmee creates blogs and LinkedIn texts for your business every week. To do that we use some data about you and your website. This page explains which data, why, and what your rights are. The Dutch version of this statement is the binding one.
Who we are
Revelated B.V., Wim hoogendoornstraat 10, 3404 GJ, 88257282. Questions or requests about your data: info@revelated.nl.
What data, and what for
- Account: your email address, name and job title. To let you log in (with a code by email) and to email you about your content.
- Your website: public pages, blogs and images on your site. To create the examples, the analysis and the content.
- Your choices and feedback: topics, tone of voice, languages, photos you upload and your feedback. To create the content the way you want it.
- WordPress connection: an application password for the user you connect, stored encrypted. Only to add and schedule drafts.
- Google connection: see below.
- Payments: through Mollie. We see the amount, the status and part of the account number, never your full payment details.
Data from Google
If you connect Google, we get read-only access to Google Search Console and Google Analytics for the site you choose. From these we read how often your site is found (clicks, impressions, positions, search queries) and its visits (sessions, visitors, conversions, visits from AI assistants). We use this for two things: showing your results in the dashboard, and choosing better topics for your content. We never change anything in your Google account. You can revoke access at any time in your portal or via myaccount.google.com/permissions; we then delete the stored access.
Findmee's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google data only to show your results in your dashboard and to choose topics for your content. We do not sell it, do not use it for advertising, do not use it to train general AI models, and no person reads it except to fix a problem you ask us to look at or where the law requires it.
Who processes the data
We work with these services, under agreements on confidentiality and security:
- Hetzner (Germany): the server that Findmee runs on and where the data is stored.
- Anthropic (United States): the AI that writes the content and describes your photos. Anthropic does not use this data to train its models.
- Resend: sending emails.
- Mollie (the Netherlands): payments.
- Moneybird (the Netherlands): invoices and bookkeeping, with your invoice details (company name, address, VAT number, invoice email).
- DataForSEO and Google PageSpeed: search volumes and speed measurements of public pages (no personal data).
For transfers outside the EU we use the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long
For as long as you have an account. If you cancel, your dashboard and settings are kept so you can continue later; at your request we delete everything within 30 days. Emails in our sending log are kept for 30 days. Invoices are kept for 7 years, as the law requires.
Security
Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). WordPress and Google passwords and access keys are stored encrypted. Only you, the people you invite and our administrators have access to your data.
Your rights
You may access your data, have it corrected, deleted or exported, and object to its use. Email us at info@revelated.nl; we respond within a month. If we can't resolve it together, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Cookies
We only use a functional cookie to keep you logged in, and one that remembers your language. No advertising or tracking cookies.
